Room Hire

We have a large (approx 10m x 10m) classroom facility at Ark Hub that can be setup in different configurations depending on the meeting. Maximum occupancy of the space is about 50 people. The room has the following faculties:

• 48 chairs and 20 foldable tables that can be configured for various layout options.

• 86" interactive panel on an electric height adjustable mount.

• Flip chart.

• Full PA system with induction loop.

• Lectern.

• Tea and Coffee facilities with all associated crockery and cutlery, as well as a serving hatch from one of our kitchens that can also be used with prior arrangement.

• Fast wireless internet access.

• Toilet facilities right outside the meeting space.

Pricing to hire the room is XX for a half day and X for the full day. all pricing is excluding VAT.
